By accessing the TeraCare clinic or using our website (terarehab.ph), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our medical services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician (Dr. Ben Paolo Rabara or other qualified health providers) with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure all patients receive timely care, we adhere to the following policies:

• Scheduling: Appointments can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.
• Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient in pain.
• No-Shows: Repeated failure to attend appointments without prior notice may result in a requirement to pre-pay for future consultations.

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete medical history.
• Following the prescribed rehabilitation protocols and home exercise programs.
• Reporting any adverse reactions or changes in their condition immediately.
• Settling all professional fees and treatment costs at the time of service, unless covered by an accredited HMO.

5. Telemedicine Services

For remote consultations (Tele-rehab), patients acknowledge that there are inherent limitations to physical assessment via video. Dr. Rabara will determine if an in-person follow-up is necessary for patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding (TeraCare), logos, and clinical images on this website are the property of Dr. Ben Paolo Rabara and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to TeraCare's services or website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
